1) When you have problems with a transaction, you should take it up with the seller - most will be responsive, as do not want to have their reputation damaged when an upset buyer leaves negative feedback for all their future buyers to see.
2) Either/or in your search: If you want to search for lots of words at once, just put them in brackets: the TV example from earlier could become '(TV,television)', which would find items with either word.
3) The number of bids displayed on a listing is the actual number of bids. It does not necessarily show the actual number of bidders, since a bidder may bid more than once.
4) On a Reserve Listing, when a bidder bids on an amount equal to or greater than the reserve amount, the amount "Currently" will rise to equal the amount of the reserve and the indication next to the amount will state "reserve met".
5) An eBay account (whether seller, buyer or both) may be suspended if there are too many complaints against the account holder.
