Advice to Show You the Way with Buying Items on eBay:

1) There are millions of items being listed every day on eBay - whatever you want, it'll come around again, and if you don't get it there are plenty more things to buy.

2) If a bidder currently has the highest bid on an item, the bidder cannot raise their own bid by rebidding. However, they can change their maximum bid price.

3) Exclude words in your search: Put a minus, and then put any words in brackets that you don't want to appear in your search results. For example: "Pulp Fiction" -(poster,photo) will find items related to Pulp Fiction but not posters or photos.

4) Do not bid on items that do not accept the payment method that you prefer. Or, at the very least, email the seller and ask them if they would accept that type of payment before you place your bid.

5) If a buyer has problems, he or she can rate the seller "negative" and leave a comment such as "never received product".

Over the years, eBay has introduced all sorts of different auction types, in an effort to give people more options when they buy and sell their things on eBay. The company's current business strategy includes increasing revenue by increasing international trade within the eBay system.
