Apartment Complexes

1) Don't be a difficult customer: Understand that your seller might take a little while to reply to you, and perhaps a few days to dispatch your item - harassing them is horrible and unnecessary, and won't get you good feedback.
2) In the case where a tie bid is submitted, then the bid that was submitted first wins the auction.
3) If you want to pay a fixed price then there are thousands of online stores you could be visiting. It's like pressing 'collect' instead of 'gamble' on a fruit machine: it's the boring option. But then, maybe that's what you want. These rules are relatively constant: there are few times when using Buy it Now would allow you to get something cheaper, or when bidding would be an easier way to do it. In the end, as with so many things in life, it's a simple question of price vs. convenience, and it's up to you. There are those times, though, when the strategic use of the Buy it Now button can be a useful tool to help you outwit your competition. If the current bid is almost as high as the Buy it Now price, then why bid higher and keep the contest going?
4) Some items on eBay are rare and valuable, while many others are dusty gizmos that would have been discarded if not for the thousands of eager bidders worldwide.
5) The number of bids displayed on a listing is the actual number of bids. It does not necessarily show the actual number of bidders, since a bidder may bid more than once.
Millions of collectibles, appliances, computers, furniture, equipment, vehicles, and other miscellaneous items are listed, bought, and sold daily. Large international companies, such as IBM, sell their newest products and offer services on eBay using competitive auctions and fixed-priced storefronts.
A Tidbit of eBay History:
In August 2006, eBay announced international cooperation with Google.
